Why 937UV-LED inks & Its Characteristics ?

937 UV-LED are dual cure inks used in high-speed decoration for bottles, glassware and also in semi automatic machines.

It is one of the most suitable series for multi-color screen printing on glass containers used in Liquor bottles, cosmetic bottles, beverage etc

2 Component high gloss, high resistant excellent for coated clear glass. After the screen printing on glass, the glass must be kept for 72 hours stored at room temperature, that is 21 C.

4. Cures under LED UV bulbs, LED Bulbs
5. Does not clot the screen
6. After curing, no addition heal treatment is required.
7. Consume less energy than UV lamps as there is no waiting time. One colour can be printed over the other

Our inks series contains ten or more reference ink colors. These inks' colors are mixed together to produce a wide range of color shades. However, we prefer Pantone color shades as standard for printing on the substrate.
